Guys,

Can I just select another language for my OSX, or do I have to re-install it with the desired language?

Super easy. Just go to your System Preferences -> International -> Languages tab and drag in the order you want the language that OS X will use. Log out, log back in and voilà! OS X is now in the language of your choice.
