Syncing iCloud with Onedrive

Hi there,
Is it possible to sync my iCloud storage with my Onedrive cloud in a smart way? Basically what I am looking for a system or app, where I can take a picture with my phone, then it should immediately be uploaded automatically to the iCloud, then copied to my Onedrive cloud/computer, and then when it is confirmed that the cloud has saved the photo, it should be deleted from my iCloud - but still remain on my iphone, until I decide to delete it from there.

Any solutions to this? Thank you very much!

That seems oddly complicated for what seems like nothing but a copy of a photo on OneDrive. The solution here is simple - turn on Camera Upload in OneDrive which will back up all your photos to OneDrive (while keeping them on your iPhone).
