Stop podcast runaway

I have quite a few podcasts which i enjoy listening to but cant seem to get them to play singularly...ie, when one finishes it automatically starts another...how can i make it so i have to select the podcast to start each time

the easiest way is to do this is to set up a smart playlist with "podcast is true" then play from that playlist.
