Hey
I just order the new Powerbook a couple nights ago, and in preparation for the arrival of my new laptop, I was wondering what anti-virus would be the best.. Now I realize that OSX isn't affected by spyware or any PC virus but I'll be connecting to my university network and it constantly sweeps the network and disconnects any computers with any type of virus.. so I would need some sort of virus protection I assume.
Also.. if spyware doesn't affect a mac, wouldn't it just accumulate on the computer and become a dead file that just takes up space? How would I clean these files up? Can someone clear this up with me? I'm just wondering if spyware and virus files would just be unactive files that just sit on my disk taking up space.
Thanks in advance!
