Am going to upgrade to SN. I use Aperture for my work photos on my macbook pro. The HDD is not big enough so they are held on an external HDD, in project folders, and not the Aperture Library. Although I will back up everything on Time machine before I upgrade. When I re install Aperture how do I make sure the links and details of all the adjustments etc for my existing pictures are left intact ?
When I had a PC reinstalling software after a reinstall of the OS meant that it was all freshly installed and working properly. If I restore form Time machine then if a program is not working properly before then it will work just as bad afterwards, I want to have a fresh install of Aperture.
