Snap to corners

Hello,
I really miss how I can't snap the windows to corners like on a pc. Is there a way to do that on a mac?

Apple Menu>System Preferences>Expose and Spaces>Expose Tab

Make one the corners "Desktop"

Yeah, thats not what i ment. I mean i would like when i press + or the green circle on the window i would like it to fully expand across the screen, and when i am moving around the windows i would like the window to stop on the edges of the screen.
