sms texting to landline

do most modern phone companies with Fibre optic offer landline texting??? Not voice mail but screen sms texts?? just like a cell phone..??

There are special phones available for folks who may be handicapped. Those phones have the ability to read out on a LCD screen what is spoken at the other end. I'm not sure which phone companies offer that type of service as the cost is subsidized by state or local governments.

The service is not just limited to Fiber Optic lines but also to copper lines.

If you're looking for that type of service, the best place to start is with your local phone company.

Not only are you rude, but this forum is for Apple users. Last time I looked Apple didn't make landline phones.
