Slideshow time

How do we change the time for a slideshow? My Macbook defaults to 3 seconds per pic. I want to change it to 5 seconds. Thanks.

It's doing this in "Preview". I have the pics in download folder. I select all then click on the first one to display it. It displays it in "Preview". Then under the "View" tab I select "slideshow". When I start the slideshow it defaults to 3 seconds. I can't find an option to change the time.

Don't know if you can in Preview, I don't use it for that.
Checked in Preferences, no option.
