Since new update (10.7.2) toolbar flickers

I have a late 2008 aluminium MacBook. Since I downloaded the Lion update (10.7.2) the toolbar on the top right corner randomly flickers. It's really annoying. Does anyone have the same problem?

I was in iPhoto 11 and it did this on my 13" MBP 2011. Aperture works fine.
