As for 24 hour rule, that post is 2 years old. Things have changed, we now just remove sigs that don't meet criteria, there's not enough time or staff to check back on everyone.

That's fine, it would be cool to get a PM telling a person why so they don't do it again. That's one problem with this forum is no communication from the Mods sometimes. I am sure many people get very frustrated because there is authority yet no communication. "You are under arrest!"...May I ask why? "No"

That's your opinion and since it is your forum I will heed to your suggestion. But let's be clear, according to the Rules stated I was within my bounds. No disrespect intended if you take it that way, but I wasn't in the wrong. Now I know what you allow and that's fine, I have changed it. Thank you for answering my question.

And WHY are you digging up a 2 year old thread?

Last time I dug up a 2yr old thread I got beat with a bat because it was not appropriate topic (part of it was right, part wrong). This time what is wrong with it? Correct topic, so why isn't it okay to post? I feel the safest way for me to post is just create new threads and let the mods sort it out. When I think I am doing the right thing I get these questions. What would be the proper way to go about posting? I search threads and if it is a related topic I make post, otherwise I make new thread. That was the most recent one with the rules so I made post.

That's one problem with this forum is no communication from the Mods sometimes.

You were communicated with. Your signature was replaced by "Signature removed - size violation".

Whenever a mod takes corrective action, communication is done. It may not be in an individuals preferred method, but it is always done. With almost 10,000 members, we won't please everyone on the choices we make to communicate things and we can't expected to do so.
