Has anyone tried joe? I absolutely love the joe editor. Google for it. It stands for "joe's own editor", a recursive acronym, like GNU - GNU's Not Unix....=)
Unfortunately, a lot of distros don't have it. FreeBSD does by default. And some linux distros. But I _cannot_ stand to work on a box all the time with just emacs and vi. I have to compile joe if I'm working on it for more than a few short sessions
