share bootcamp "My Documets" folder with os X

Greetings,

I have my macbook hard drive divided in half, OS X/XP. I would like to set my os X "Documents" folder to default to XP's "My Documents" folder.

I have NTFS-3G installed so I can read/write to XP, I would just like to avoid the maneuvering to XP "My Documents" folder.
