I need to be able to ID just those photos that originated from my iPhones that have been imported into iPhoto. I have 100s + so I need to be able to do so on a folder/event level. Is there any software out there that would allow me to do this?

Set up a Smart Album that looks for photos with part of the name from your iPhone photos. Mine have IMG in the name; e.g., IMG_123, but I have an old iPhone, so yours may be different.

MightyGem,
Using your idea for a smart album, I set the parameters to include only photos from cameras from iphones (all listed) and ipad. I am now exporting the 4000+ pics so I can add them to their own folder in my pictures folder of my Mac. Thanks for the idea

Yeah, love those smart albums/smart folders/smart playlists. I use them extensively in iPhoto, in iTunes, and in Mail.

Any particular reason why? Just curious. Why not leave them in iPhoto?
