i have "Send Later" offed as an option on Sequoia, but not on my iOS18.5 iPhone SE2. When i hit the "+" key to the left of my message, I get nineteen mostly useless options, but not "Send Later". What determines which options are offered, and why is "Send Later" not available to me? I have restarted my phone, but that didn't help.

I'm running iOS 18.4.1 and within the Mail app, when I create an email and press and hold the Send icon, I get the "Send later" option as seen here.

Updating to iOS 18.5 right now, will report back what I see after the update.

Update: I get the same options on iOS 18.5.

You mentioned something about a plus sign. Are you talking about the built-in Mail app and also can you share a screenshot?

I get the same option to send later. think it has to do with which email provider you are using? If you are not using iCloud email address, then your options are limited.

I'm talking about the iOS Messages app. Should have nothing to do with e-mail providers.

Ahh, well it helps when you actually share all the details.

OK, on the iMessages app on both iOS and macOS, I have the Send Later option on iOS 15.5 and macOS 18.5.

OK, but the issue is why I don't have it. I KNOW iOS18.5 is supposed to have it.

Not being particularly helpful. i've told you what you need to know. A screen shot will just show you what I told you.

You've been around long enough in these forums to know that the more context/info you provide, the better the responses. But if you feel like that's too much, I'll be glad to close this thread and move on.
