Scroll jank after macOS update(s)

Before, things scrolled like a typical iPhone. I don't know what's going on, but at this point I want to revert, but I can't, and I don't want to lose anything that might be good anyway.

I'm coming in a bit late here, but I wonder if you have gone through any of the suggestions for a similar problem that you could find here:

but I came across a utility that was designed to improve the scrolling of one of the recent Mac OS updates but unfortunately I cannot recall its name or which Macos version it applied to.

I think it was designed for a scrolling problem starting with Mac OS Mojave and possibly later.

I don't think it was Mos or Smooze or any of the similar listed products:

OK I'm done with this thread. The issue happens randomly, I'm sure I didn't do something exactly perfectly right as expected but I'm not a Mac expert and if I was I'm sure I could never say there's an issue with the Mac at all that's fixable in any way, it's always the user, Macs are perfect and Apple is perfect.

We have been trying our best to help you. But YOU REFUSE TO LISTEN, and you've even been insulting.

I don't know why you have a negative view of Macintosh users, but it's REALLY not working to your advantage in this instance.

If you want to be nice to those trying to help you, and to try and WORK WITH US, we can more than likely help you. However, if instead you would prefer to think of us all as "fanboys", it's unlikely we can productively work with you and you are wasting both our time and yours.

Please re-think your attitude. I think that I can speak for everybody here by saying that we are all more than happy to help you if you are willing to act like a mensch.

Are we all referring to up/down scroll or left/right scroll?
