How do i make a screen grab larger for the visually impaired

Technically you can't, because a screen grab, only grabs the pixels within the "grab" area. Anything you do to enlarge it, will blur it accordingly.

Thankyou ferrarr.I was not entirely sure if changing the PNG status of a screenshot to Jpeg would make any difference?

If you are doing this AFTER the screen has been grabbed, then you can zoom in (regardless of it being JPG/PNG or any other format), however as noted, the quality will suffer. if you have the ability to doing the screen grab again, you should first zoom in and then do the screen grab.
