Hi folks,
I just ordered a new macbook pro online which just arrived today. I opened it out of the box and noticed a very big scratch on the mouse button and also saw that part of the plastic on the "?" button has been slight worn off. I custom configures this laptop to 72000 RPM hard disk and with all the goodies it came when I bought but now I want a replacement, I am unwilling to accept this product for which I paid $2K. Can anyone help me on what I should do to get a replacement? First of all, is it even possible? I haven't even turned on the laptop and I just packed it back after looking at the scratch. Sorry for complaining and thanks.
