Hello,

I scp'ed to my desktop from my laptop. When I looked in /var/log/system.log (on my desktop) there wasn't any record of that scp. My question is : how can I see that kind of connections?

Location
Closer than you think.
Your Mac's Specs
Performa 6116 2GBSCSI 8MB OS 7.5.3
Depending on your OS version you might try editing /etc/syslog.conf

This will control what gets sent to the console for logging.

Thank you. I have 10.5.8. /etc/syslog.conf doesn't show anything either.
I have a "partial" solution : cat /var/secure.log grep -i sshd . Scp calls sshd. Anyway, at least i see a recording. I wish I would be able to see what files where copied, etc.
