safe download of safari for windows 7

Hi, I was obligated to buy a PC, for continuing education courses, and would like to put Safari in this pig (just kidding, sort of). Could anyone tell me a safe site to do it from? I've seen Softronic being reported as problematic.

AFAIK Apple stopped developing the Windows version of Safari some time ago. You're probably better off downloading Firefox or Chrome for the PC.
