safari and shutterfly

I have Safari vs 7.1
My old books i made on shutterfly cannot be opened any longer. I have updated adobe flash, java , restarted.
Has anyone else had this problem? Shutterlfy cannot resolve it and said to contact Apple. Here I am with "experts" to help me.
