Request Tor Vidalia Help

Hi,
Ok I downloaded and installed the Tor Vidalia bundle. But when I turn it on, my IP remains the same. Is there some trick to getting it to work on Safari? Thanks!

It looks to me like "Tor Vidalia" will only work with Firefox. Maybe I'm not reading the DOCs correctly. Take a look here at the documentation for OS X.

It will not work on Safari, Firefox, or Chrome. What am I doing wrong?

I wonder if it could be your ISP? I have a Windows program called "Hide IP" which worked fine with one ISP I was using. When I switched to another, it no longer worked. Just a WAG.

Have you installed the TorButton plugin for Firefox? You have to...

-Install Vidalia
-Run Vidalia successfully and connect to the Tor network
-Enable Tor via the TorButton extension for Firefox.
