A warm welcome to Mac-Forums, @fidIv and thank you for your post.

As this Thread is 6 years old, may I suggest that you start a new Thread detailing exactly what went wrong with your Mac and/or what you expect from Disk drill?

As a comment on this post: Recovering from Trash is problematic for any recovery software. In fact, the easiest way to achieve this is by using Time Machine. Go back in time to when these items were on your Mac and recover that way.

This assumes you have Time Machine?? It is native to all Macs, is free, and only requires an External Hard Drive (EHD).

If you do not have Time Machine, do you have any other form of Backup (BU)?

These are preliminary comments; but I still think it would be wiser to detail your exact situation on a new Thread.

The Trash is a hidden folder in your home directory called ".Trash"
