realplayer upgrade

I am unable to c or hear most of the stuffs in realplayer,because it seems there needs some software upgradation for the basic free realplayer.

I am unable to upgrade since i am having the latest version.Could anyone have give me a solution to this problem.

It seems to work fine for me. I might suggest reinstalling RealOne Player to see if that helps.
