I'm currently configuring QS (newly in love with it) and was wondering if there is anyway to find out all the inbuilt Mas OSX hot keys, so I don't double up when assigning keys in QS? Is there a little app or something, or would i use keyboeard viewer, or something like that?

System Prefs -> Keyboard & Mouse -> Keyboard Shortcuts
