Quick Button Switching...?

Ok, when some pop-up windows come up in any application or wherever, theres a blue highlighted button (OK, Cancel). Is there any way to switch from the blue button over to the other non-blue button using the keyboard? I know in Windows you can use the arrow keys then press enter(return).

Know what im trying to ask? Is this possible?

Command + "." (period) will also select the cancel option.

If you turn on "Full Keyboard Access", you can "tab" through the options. The active button will have a highlighted ring around it. You then use the spacebar to act upon your selection.

Just found this out…it may be something I want to leave on :)
