Question about Halo: Combat Evolved

I have the demo and I was thinking of buying it, but when I run it on an intel Mac its kinda glitchy, radar is a white box, when you get hit instead of a heavy red tint, the screen goes white for 5 seconds, I heard there's a patch to fix the problem for intel Mac users, is this true and if so could someone send me a link.

Here is the patch I found through MacSoftGames' website. What version of the game are you currently running?

I dunno its a demo and I found a Universal Binary version on ebay so that should work fine, thanks.
