I should not have proxy servers. But for some reason, that preference keeps changing on its own. I constantly have to go to preferences > network > advanced > proxies. There, the WEB PROXY (HTTP) and the SECURE WEB PROXY (HTTPS) are checked with localhost and 8080 showing up in the windows. If I uncheck the proxies and delete the window stuff, save and apply, I'm fine. I can use the internet. Until it happens again. Is there a way to shut this off permanently?
