When I try to post a question on the Apple Support Community, I keep getting the attached error message and can get no further. Can anyone please offer a solution? Screenshot 2023-03-24 at 09.51.51.png

Why bother posting there, I seldom see any correct or constructive answers unless things have changed lately.

Post your question here at mac-forums.com and I am sure you will receive lots of good positive useful replies.

Just include all your basic Mac information along with a good description of your problem or question.

OK. Thanks pm-r. I'll give up using the Community Forum. I wonder if Apple ever look at these problems. I presume it is set up by them.

According to most Mac-related forums that might release such information, most state that Apple is not involved in any way, at least not officially.

That's that's a pity. I found it useful occasionally. so I will use the Mac forum you mentioned instead. Thanks Patrick.

Truth. There is an incredibly high volume of garbage commenters there. I swear, I think some of these may well be bots in disguise. They regurgitate responses linking to generic Apple Support Articles, preceded by "I understand you are having a problem with 'such and such'". I'm certain Apple themselves aren't running secret bots on their own forums. It seems I had read that Apple gives out perks to commenters who post regularly, which would make sense because that provides an incentive for some people to post high volumes of regurgitated garbage.
