Problem with iTunes/Outlook 2003 sync

Hi everyone!

I recently won an iPod Nano and have been setting it up hte last few days at at work.
I'd like to use the sync Contacts/Calendar function from Outlook. As far as I can see it's all set up right but when I hit Apply in iTunes to do the sync after a while Outlook shuts down with a 'Send/Don't Send' type error window.
If I click on the details of the window it shows me the problem is with the file itunesoutlookaddin.dll
iTunes then suggests to restart Outlook. Needless to say, it happens the next time too.

Does anyone know what the problem is here? Any help would be great.

You need Outlook 2003 or later

Hi

I have Outlook 2003 and I've run both Winodws and Office update so I know I'm up to date. The problem is, i don't even get the warning message mentioned in the article. If I did then it's be fine.
I suspect a re-install of iTunes may be looming.

If anyone has any thoughts please let me know!
