Problem connecting to server

There was a problem connecting to the server “Ng Giok Hong's Time Capsule”.
This irritating message keeps coming up every time I want to change the screen saver or deal with the wallpaper even though I've already changed the folder for the wallpaper. Is there NO way to solve this matter?
