Printing on a PC Network

We have a network of several PCs at home and printers are attached to various machines so one can print over the network. If I add an apple machine, without a local printer, can I print to one of the network printers or does there need to be anything to be done to make it happen?

if you have a network printer you should be able to print to it. Printing mac to windows can be tricky. Use the search feature on this site to find lots of info and ideas of how to make it work...
