I have an Epson Stylus Pro 7880 connected to an 2017 iMac (Mojave) and it is connected by ethernet cable as the printer is not WiFi. When the printer is powered on the Internet will not work on the Mac either in Safari or Chrome. As soon as I power the printer off the internet comes back. So it looks like there is a clash between the ethernet connected printer and my internet connection. I also have an Epson Expression Photo XP 960 which is connected by WiFi and this works fine and doesn't have the same effect on the Internet. Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this ? Would connecting the printer to the Mac with USB get around this. I have used Epson Net Config and it says that the printer does not have an IP address ( whatever that is ) Cheers Bernard
