Hey, type this in the console to fix it:

defaults write com.apple.dock no-glass -boolean NO
killall Dock

Works like a charm.

After a year trying to get my dock posted on here someone told me how tonight. I now have two on here and would like to remove one of them, perhaps in another year someone will tell me how to do that. God rest Steve Job's soul, he was a great man.
