candybar can do them. to avoid the white background, convert them to .icns with this

Download Img2icns for Mac - Convert images to .icns files, Pro version available. MacUpdate.com

then drag them over the corresponding unit in candybar.

Nah, I just google "*name of the app* PNG" like "itunes png".

EDIT: I changed the colors of a few of them in photoshop, but I got all the icons of the internet.
