entourage contacts into ical

Hi.
I heavily use entourage to keep my contacts in, and ical for several appointments every day. I'm sick of manually copying across their name and address.
Does anyone know a better way?
The calendar in entourage doesn't seem to be any better (it's worse).
thanks.

Not so much about the dock, as it is about the dock security! :D

Decided to play around a bit after seeing all the tinkering on here.
Couldn't for the life of me using candybar get my bin to change, and used the get info method to change all the other icons. When I changed my Yahoo Messanger icon, it would only stay like that until I launched the messenger, and then it went back to the original icon in the dock, even though in my applications folder it was the edited icon.
Anyway, here it is :)

it's a simple process my friend. it's mostly a copy & paste process
you can get icons here Icons or you can google some if you want.

to change icons
1. find icon that you want and copy the image
2. go into the applications folder, right click on the app that you desire to change (get info) and then click on the little picture in the top left corner and paste.

to change dock

I use candybar to change the actual dock. You just drag a dock into the dock area of the program and viola!
you can get some cool docks here Docks

i hope that this helps a little...and welcome to macforums.

Yea, theming the rest of the OS is not so simple. :) That involves some skill and experience haha.

so... I hate to be a show off (haha, no, I really love it quite obviously), but here it is with the latest touches. I think I've got everything done that I want done. :)
