Photostream Issues with new 8.3

Hi i download the 8.3 i don't use the icloud drive or the new photos because can't buy space and i like the old photostream and the share streams


but after the update if i delete a photo from my camera roll the photo disapear from my photostream too is this normal now ?

anyone know how to fix this ?

I'm having LOADS of issues with this dang update. I can't text or upload to FB, or type at all. It keeps going to some crazy emoji screen and then is just stuck there. As for your question, I thought it was already like that. At least it was on my mom's iphone 6+ I have a 5 and I hate icloud with a passion
