Nice DoF, what lens did you use? An f/2.8?

I like the glass. Even more, what's inside it. ;)

It was shot with a Sony alpha 350 18-70mm f/4.5 i think.

I'm not on my main computer right now so i can't check. I love the glass too.. The beads inside are actually a free form candle.. Basically you chuck a bunch of the beads into a glass or whatever and place a wick in the middle. Pretty cool hey :)

Bluemac - I really like that shot. The thing that really doesn't do it for me is the lines to the left of the person. They are drawing me away from the focus point of the picture. No idea what they are... A bit of photoshopping and that image could look much better (not that it doesn't already look fantastic) :)

Shizuoka (Japan) which has the most beautiful sunset .:)

VERY nice! I like being able to see the small amount of light through the trees, and the trees not being blackened in by lack of sunlight on the Eastern side of the hills.

i was trying to get a closer shot of the snow flakes. the picture is actually cropped to get a closer view of the flakes. i could not get the camera to focus if i got any closer.
