Nope not a NBO. I do have a GSM phone, the t68i.. so if I can get the RAZR v3 and unlock it.. then I would be good to go.. and unlocking is illegal? or frowned upon?

Technically not illegal, but the carriers don't make it easy for you, in other words, they won't help you.

The T-Mobile rep is lying....waaaay lying. I think it's more like 3mb. I have the phone. Trust me.
