Are there any apps available for converting pdf pages to swf files for mac?

And is there any software for making flash page flip files like FlippingBook page flip software - create online flip book, digital edition, magazine, brochure or catalog

So far, in both case, I could only find pc tools.

I might be interested in those standalone versions. Both for conversion to swf files as well as fully operational page flippers. But preferably just pdf>swf conversion (so I can author it further in Flash Pro).

But alas, those mentioned are for pc. swftools might work on mac, but could get it to work at work.

Any other suggestions?

Darn! I used the Mac word in the search query too. I did it again, adding OS to Mac, but once again, the results show WinOS only. Misleading - and irritating .
