Well basically my computer is like 4 years old, maybe 5, but it used to work, basically I would like to be able to run Photoshop CS, Dreamweaver 8, mail, safari, preview, and grab without waiting 5 min when switching between programs. This is my setup I think, I'm not crazy technical so if any other info needed let me know...
