Is it possible that my powerbook (12" 1.5Ghz, SD, 80Gb) and now 768mb of memory is slower than when it was during 512mb of memory?
I added an additional 512 stick to increase it to 768mb - The ram is pc2700 sodimm 333MHz, cl2.5 its from Kingston (from what i was aware, a fairly respected memory company) - and now i have a feeling that it is taking longer to load apps then it did previously. OS X recognizes that i have 768mb installed, but for example when i minimize a window it freezes on the screen for a second or two while minimizing, i never had this problem when i had 512. Is it a possility that there is something wrong with the ram, and is there anything that i can do to fix it? If you could help me out I would be very greatful!
