Password Protecting a Folder

Im relatively new to macs and i cant figure out how to do this. Is there anyway to make it so that a password is required to access certain folder even while an administrator is logged in?

20" iMac C2D 2.16ghz, 13" MacBook 2.0ghz, 60gb iPod vid, 1gb nano
Disk Utility
File -> New -> Disk Image from Folder
Select the folder
Encryption - 128 bit
Enter the password and uncheck add to keychain
