Paralells

Hello, I've just bought a MacBook and I know theres is a way to run Windows on a paralell. I have downloaded the new beta of Boot Camp from the mac site. I've skimmed the setup FAQ and its all kinda fuzzy to me. If anyone could help a new Mac user out, or point me to a thread where is, or was, covered I'd be appreciative.
