Panther and .Mac missing some applications

Okay, so we took the Mac in for repairs(we went to an Apple store), and the man repairing our computer installed Panther(10.3) and .Mac. However, panther doesn't seem to have Appleworks on it or Sound studio. Is this normal. Do I have to download those two applications someplace else?

Also, why is my computer freezing again if we just had a new hard drive put in, a new logicboard(I think it's new), and an upgrade?

Please help!

Sound Studio is a third party product. You will have to re-install it, including your license key.

I would suggest that you take your Mac back to the Apple store and have them fix the problem.

While you are there ask him about the missing apps.
