OS X Lion Issue! Dialog Box That Pops up

I'v been using Lion a couple of months now, and enjoy it. But I am having this strange dialog box pop up when Im working on something. Ill just be working, in say: word and I notice on my desktop that something poped up cause my word window will go gray. But the deal is the dialog box stays up for about a couple mili-seconds not even enough time to try to click it, to see what its about. All of a sudden my workbook will go gray like a dialog window appeared, but it doesn't stay up long enough to come to the front, of my work. Anyone know what I can do to try to stop this, it gets really annoying!

Same problem here too

Have you managed to find out what it is, im tempted to get a camera and record it when i log in and playback in slow motion as it is too bloody quick. Im from the UK and i upgraded to MACOSX Lion on my late 2008 aluminium 13" macbook.

I see a box pop up very once in a while but it goes away so fast I can't see what it says! Will try and catch it.

lol omg it happens to me too but its very rare and I cant even read what it says because it goes away too fast!

If this happens so quick, is it really something to worry about ?? It could well be just a system wide thingy/popups ??
