I just got off the phone with Apple. Just ordered my first iMac. The 17" with 512 or RAM and AppleCare. After a rocky start with the company I have high expectataions from Apple and their product. I ordered a year ago, was told one quote on the phone and was charged a higher quote on my card, so I cancelled the order. This time around I got hold of a very rude and lackadaisical rep who all but yawned in my ear. Since I believe in second chances I found another rep , got all my questions answered without the attitude I first encountered, and am now awaiting the delivery.
