Old mac, old iPhone to iPhone 4S

I am currently running Mac OSx 10.4 on an old power book. I also have a iPhone 3GS which I haven't been able to update since I cannot get iTunes 10 or higher with Mac OSx 10.4. So basically i cannot get my info to icloud due to old itunes i am running. I am just wondering if it's possible to get the info off this phone and onto a new 4S or will I just have to start over and manually transfer everything?

All of my contacts, photos, and music are on the phone. I have it synced to my beat up old Mac. If I brought the genius bar a backup of my phone do you think they could figure out a way to get it on new 4S
