mmmk.... so download the link above and then you need to download http://www.unsanity.com/haxies/ape/ after that you want to go to you library folder ( in your homefolder) and drag clear dock into the folder labeled Application Enhancers if one is not there create it. After this open up you system prefs. and then on the last ros you should see a monkeyicon called APE Manager click on that and the seting are there.

if you have photoshop, open the image you wanna use, select all, Edit>copy, in the finder, select the thing you'd like to use the icon on, click File>Get info, in the general tab, it has a small icon, select it, click edit>paste, thats it. or use an app like pic2icon.

I tried both those but I'm missing something, I think wait till tiger gets here then go crazy I think it is going to be more user friendly for me( this is the first I ever bought) so I'm still in holly crap stage lol

i dont think linux is avalible for the ipod mini/photo/4g ipods yet i think the ipod is off.

could be.. but with the system tray, quick launch and start menu, it looks more like Windows with a startdock-type dock/toolbar at the top.

Hey man I was wondering how you were able to change the Font of the finder... I use tinkertool right now but for some reason I am only able to change the font of the clock and of the fast user switching.

So could you please post what app, or how you are able to change the font of the finder... and also post which font you are using. Thanks man, peace out.
