Of SODIMMS and Virtual PC

I've been looking forward to switching for a long time, but I haven't. :p
For now, I have two questions:
Can I use a normal PC notebook DDR266(PC2100) SODIMM in an iBook G4?

The next question is that whether Virtual PC 7 running on an iBook G4 is capable of using the AV chat features of Windows MSN Messenger. If I heard correctly, the only cross-platform chat program with video (only, no audio :() is Yahoo! Messenger. Is there any other cross platform AV chat program?

iBook G4s take PC2100 RAM, so yes, your RAM should work in an iBook. I advise at least 512MB of RAM in your iBook, it really speeds up apps!

I'm not familar with Virtual PC, sorry, so I can't help you with that.
