I just bought a new 2nd gen. Shuffle and plan to use it for jogging and other workouts. I was wondering if anyone had suggestions for music to pump me up. Im not big in rap but some rock music would be good. Thanks!

iTunes has some pretty good "Nike-branded" playlists for specific types of workouts.

edited for detail:

Go to the iTunes store, Music, and under "More in Music" in the second box on the left will be Nike Sports Music.

80s metal is my workout music

Bon Jovi, Motley Crue, Kiss, Aerosmith, Ratt, Poison, etc.

If that don't get you going, nothing will. BUt that's just what gets me motivated. Did 3 miles a day for the last 4 days on a treadmill listeing to my 80's metal list.

Enjoy

listen to death metal.. punk rock.. or ska.. ska is great, very up-beat, fast and fun to listen to.. i was skankin' down the middle of the road close to midnight last night from my way home to work, listening to the Planet Smashers on my U2 iPod that i just revived.
